Letter on "Ch'eng Hsin T'ang" Paper Tsai Hsiang Northern Sung Dynasty (A.D. 960-1126) This letter written in cursive regular script calligraphy consists of six columns containing a total of 56 characters. The paper on which it is written is believed to be "Ch'eng Hsin T'ang" paper, which is said to have been made for imperial use by master paper-makers of Hsuan-ch'eng on the orders of Li-Yu, last emperor of the Kingdom of Southern T'ang (Five Dynasties period).
